Returns, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At AGA Collections, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If things aren’t quite right, we’ve outlined our policies below to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 3-Days exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please email us at agacollectionsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
  • Refunds: We typically offer store credit or exchanges. If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

2. Warranty Coverage

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. AGA Collections provides a 3-Months limited warranty on all jewelry and handbags.

  • What’s Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as broken clasps, detached stones, or structural issues with handbags.
  • What’s Not Covered: Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear (such as tarnishing over time or scratches), or loss of items.
  • Claiming Warranty: Please contact us at 0316 7497160 with photos of the defect and your proof of purchase. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

3. Shipping for Returns

  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, AGA Collections will cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
  • Change of Mind: For standard exchanges (e.g., wanting a different color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
